How EasyMenus Works
Welcome to EasyMenus — the simplest way to build and manage a digital restaurant menu.
Sign Up
To get started, create your account, Enter your restaurant name, email address, and password, then click Sign up.
Setup
set your menu basics : Select the menu language, country, currency, and a menu identifier — this will become your unique menu URL, Important: The language cannot be changed after submission.
AI Import (from PDF)
Already have a menu as a PDF? Use our AI Import: Click the top-right icon → Import menu from PDF. Upload your PDF and let the AI do the work for you, When the import is finished, you'll receive an email — this can take up to 5 minutes.
Menu Information (Branding & About)
On the Menu Information page, you can edit everything about your menu : Click the Edit menu information to update your restaurant details and description. Add a background photo from your restaurant — upload, crop to fit the design, and confirm. Do the same for your restaurant logo — upload, crop, and confirm.
Opening Hours
Set your opening hours in the chosen time zone and your preferred time format. Toggle working days on or off and define the hours, You can add two time ranges per day — for example: Monday 09:00–17:00, break, then 19:00–02:00.
Orders & Payment
If you want to accept orders, turn on the Order System. Choose your services: Pick-up, Delivery, and Dine-in. Note: Delivery means your restaurant handles the delivery itself, For payments, select Cash and/or Online payment. To enable Online payment, connect Stripe first. Until Stripe is connected, online payment will not be available to customers. If Delivery is enabled and you charge a delivery fee, add it here. For Pick-up or Delivery, set your address so customers know where to go. Click Save when you're done.
Categories
Create your menu structure with categories, Click Add category, enter a category name, and optionally upload an image, To edit a category, click Edit, make your changes, and Save.
Reorder Categories
You can control the order categories appear in your menu, Open Reorder categories, drag and drop them into the sequence you want, then Save.
Meals (Dishes)
Add dishes from the Meals page, Click Add meal, enter the meal name, assign it to a category, and set a price, Optionally add filters (e.g., vegan, spicy), a description, allergens, and an image — images are optional but highly recommended. To update a dish, click Edit, change what you need, and Save.
Reorder Meals (within a Category)
To change the order of dishes inside a category, Select the category, click Reorder meals, drag and drop the items, then Save.
Integrations (Stripe)
To enable online payments, first make sure Orders are enabled in Menu Information, Then go to Payment integration → Connect Stripe and follow Stripe's steps.
Translations
To edit translations for a category or dish, go to Translations, Click Edit translation, enter the new text, and Save, if you prefer to see the translations in one of the languages you have, you can choose it from the view language
